Did you know that emotions have different vibrations that have a profound effect on our health?

Dr David Hawkins, a world renowned psychiatrist created an emotional map by measuring different emotions and their effect on us - the higher the vibration - the higher the emotion.


Our bodies send us messages when there's an imbalance - so it's time to listen!


There are 6 major categories of imbalances:

  • emotional wellness

  • body system balance (organs, glands, muscles)

  • toxin resolution

  • pathogen resolution

  • structural balance

  • nutrition and lifestyle


Of course, you many not acknowledge the original of all of the above but you can start observing your body parts, where emotions are resonating - like throat, chest and abdomen.


Story is a doorway to the feelings - there is no such thing as bad feelings - we are the ones that give importance and label certain feelings in a polarized way - feelings we don't like in particular are the ones that move us in the best growth direction (outside of our comport zone is where growth occurs).


You can handle bad feelings if you acknowledge and allow them to be - remember a feeling lasts 90 seconds. Fear of our emotional pain is always worse than the actual pain itself.
