ABOUT ME
At AV Yoga for All, I am dedicated to offering a holistic approach to well-being through a variety of yoga and energy healing practices.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and a Registered Kids Yoga Teacher (RCYT), specialising in hatha, restorative, kids and pre-post natal yoga.

I am also a certified Recall Healing Facilitator and a biofield analyst. I explore hidden stories within the body and emotions to decode specific experiences that lead to transformation and growth.
​
My mission is to guide you on a transformative journey towards inner peace through yoga movement, breath work and energy healing to be the best and balanced version of yourself. ​
​
I have been attracted to yoga because of personal circumstances - a highly competitive corporate job, a challenging pregnancy and a burnout back in 2016. Yoga helped me learn the tools and techniques to calm down the nervous system, my emotions, strengthen the body and improve my focus and concentration. I became more aware of the feelings in my body and how to release fear, anger, frustration, guilt so that I could appreciate more the positive emotions such as love, gratitude, compassion, forgiveness and heal my traumas.

Since childhood I have been a highly-sensitive individual and energy healing with Recall Healing knowledge helped me better understand how to effectively manage my own energy and transform my wounds into gifts I can share with others.
As a mum of two beautiful daughters I also understand the challenges children face in their close environment. I am motivated to teach them the techniques they can use throughout their life to manage stress, improve their joints and good posture, strengthen their immune system and calm the mind.
